Bullish Celtic's manager shows no fear of dismissal yet supporters unleash wrath after loss.
The under-pressure manager insisted he did not fear losing his job, asserting, “We are very near to changing our fortunes,” even after edging perilously close to the exit with a heavy loss to Rangers.

“The level we had at times was of top quality. This is the reality. I wouldn't speak so positively if it was untrue. Therefore, in terms of results, I mentioned it's a repeating pattern. That’s why I said that we are nearly there to things turning around. But for the moment: the fine margins.”
“I saw plenty of positives that we did, like today again. The issue now it’s about sustaining it. My outlook would not be if I didn't believe it. That’s why I am a big believer the team can to turn things around.”
Opposition Reaction Outlook
Danny Röhl refused to contemplate a title charge despite what felt like a landmark win. “One match at a time, then we can develop momentum,” he said. “The belief in the group is outstanding.”
